Refund Policy

Everything sold on this website, operated under the name piprompty, is a digital product delivered instantly to your account library. That shapes how refunds work, and we want the rule to be completely clear before you buy — not buried after.

The rule in one paragraph

You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, as long as you have not yet accessed the content of the product. Once you open a purchased prompt system or start a course, the product is considered delivered and consumed, and it is no longer refundable. This is the standard treatment of digital content that is supplied immediately, and by completing checkout you acknowledge and agree to it.

1. Why access matters

A prompt system or a course is pure information. Unlike a physical product, it cannot be "returned" — once you have seen the prompts or the lessons, you have received the entire value of the purchase, whether or not you keep using it. For that reason the line is drawn at content access:

  • Not accessed — the product sits in your library but you have never opened its content (the prompt body, or any lesson of a course). Refundable within 14 days of purchase.
  • Accessed — you have opened the prompt content or opened any lesson of the course. Not refundable.

Our system records when a product's content is first opened, and refund eligibility is determined from that record.

2. EU/UK consumers — right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. For digital content supplied immediately, the law allows this right to end early: by purchasing, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content to your library and you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once you access the content within the withdrawal period. Until you access it, your 14-day right stands, and this policy mirrors exactly that.

3. How to request a refund

  1. Contact us through the contact options published on this website within 14 days of your purchase.
  2. Include the email address used for the order and the order reference.
  3. We will verify that the content has not been accessed and confirm the refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, the money typically arrives within 5–10 business days.

4. Cases where we refund regardless

Independently of the rule above, we will always make it right if:

  • You were charged but the product never appeared in your library and we cannot fix the delivery.
  • You were charged twice for the same order.
  • The product is materially not what its product page described. Describing products accurately is a core standard of this catalog; if we failed at that, tell us.

"It didn't make me money" or "I changed my mind after reading it" are not defects — the product pages state exactly what each system does, and worked example output is shown before purchase precisely so you can judge quality first.

5. Bundles and multi-item orders

In an order with several products, each product's refund eligibility is assessed separately: unaccessed items within the 14-day window can be refunded even if other items in the order have been accessed. For bundles sold as a single product, accessing any part of the bundle counts as accessing the bundle.

6. Chargebacks

If something is wrong, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank — refund requests that qualify under this policy are honored without friction. Chargebacks filed for content that has been accessed may result in suspension of the associated account and library access while the dispute is resolved.

7. Free updates are not new purchases

Updated versions of products you own are delivered to your library at no cost and do not create new refund windows.

This policy forms part of our Terms of Service. Nothing in it limits statutory rights that cannot be waived under the consumer law applicable to you.
